Welcome to LCHSA!

Welcome to LCHSA! at www.lchsa.com

There is one thing that has stuck in my mind for a long time. A hunter back in 2000 told me  “A handicap is all in what you make of it.” We have seen this a lot since we started hosting these hunts for handicap hunters. You hardly ever see a handicap person, you see people that are determined to get outdoors and enjoy whatever venture that they take, including hunting, fishing, camping, trail riding, etc. The members of the Laurens County Handicap Sportsman Association would like to welcome you to our website and hope that you enjoy it and may it be informative to everyone that would be interested in coming to our hunt and to those just wanting to visit our site. Preparations for this hunt usually starts in June after we have contacted all the landowners and have their permission to use the property. We then do all the dozer work and usually spray all the plots with roundup. The next step is limb trimming and planting of the food plots, with the last step being setting up the blinds. None of this would be possible without all the volunteers , great sponsors, and landowners.  There are a few things that you have to promise us before you come to the hunt, To have fun and not to leave hungry! We will also list all of the up coming events and fundraisers and any other information that we can.

Please visit us on Facebook.

The photo gallery is where you can show all of your pictures and we can post trail cam pictures as we get them. We may even post some of our pictures, if we’re not too embarrassed. Send your pictures to bradgrainger@hotmail.com or by mail to:
